Under the guidance of Heather Campbell, Director of Policy and Research, a 12 person committee has been working to analyze the current BC Care Aide Registry. The internal review is intended to identify gaps in the Registry and make recommendations on how it can be improved.
We have submitted an Interim Report to the Registry’s consultant, as part of the Registry’s Private Health Care Assistant Employer Assessment Project. We expect to release our final report this spring. We will provide a “sneak peek” to our members in the member-only section of our website, so be sure to read it there first!
