An Interview With A Panelist- ED SafeCare BC

On November 13th, the BC Care Providers will kick off the second season of the successful Care to Chat speaker series with the topic, “Creating a Culture of Safety in BC’s Continuing Care Sector: Can Anything Be Done To Reduce The Highest Injury Claim Rates in BC?”.

The panel of experts will explore why those working within the continuing care sector have one of the highest injury claim rates in the province and how this negatively affects the quality of care received by seniors. They will also explore the significant financial impact injuries have on BC care providers.

We managed to catch up with Care to Chat panelist and keynote speaker, Jennifer Lyle Executive Director of SafeCare BC for a few words on next weeks care to chat. Hear from Lyle below.
