Broadmead Care’s longtime CEO and former BCCPA board chair sets sail for his retirement
BCCPA CEO Terry Lake was in Victoria in late September to attend the send-off for retiring CEO of Broadmead Care Dave Cheperdak. Dave is a past president of the BCCPA board and a longtime leader in our sector. Look for Dave to be at the helm of his sailboat in the coming years, navigating the blue waters around the Gulf Islands.
