Learn about evolving vaccines and immunization strategies at the Seniors Living Expo keynote session with Dr. Michael Curry, Clinical Associate Professor at UBC’s Department of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Michael Curry is an emergency physician working in suburban Vancouver, British Columbia and he is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He also moonlights as a locum physician providing family medicine, inpatient, and emergency care in communities throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Dr. Curry has worked with numerous medical organizations and currently serves as the Chair of Audit & Finance for the Doctors of BC and as the British Columbia & Yukon council member for the Canadian Medical Protective Association. Prior to attending medical school Dr. Curry completed a law degree and had a very brief legal career. He maintains an interest in medicolegal issues and health care ethics and policy.
