Does quality in home support matter to you?

If it does, please respond to BCCPA’s survey today!

Last January, BC Care Providers Association launched a project to explore the development of a voluntary “Quality Assurance Designation” program for home support providers.

The aim of this initiative is to develop a quality assurance model which is embraced by B.C.’s home support sector, accessible to providers of all sizes and founded in best practices. This program will help companies who want to grow their reputations for delivering reliable, excellent service, and at the same help seniors and their families make informed, confident choices about private home support.

We are currently seeking feedback from the sector and the public and would like to hear from you! Both surveys will close on May 1, so please participate today to ensure your voice is heard.
