On Wednesday May 18th, Daniel Fontaine, CEO for the BC Care Providers Association, was invited to appear live on CKNW’s Lynda Steele Show. The topic of discussion was a report released by the Conference Board of Canada.The report highlights the fact our population is rapidly ageing while at the same time our workforce is shrinking.
Fontaine responded to a number of questions and referenced two White Papers the BCCPA released earlier this week, They contain a number of possible solutions which could help to address the growing number of seniors who require care in the community.
