Broadmead Care is a vibrant non-profit organization in Victoria, BC with a reputation for high quality services, innovation and leading practices. We are funded by Island Health, Veterans Affairs Canada and BC Housing to provide a range of services including residential complex care and adult day programs for Veterans and seniors, and residential complex care for adults with disabilities.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources works closely with our Management Team and provides leadership at both the strategic and operational levels to help build a high performance culture and lead the delivery of human resource, labour relations, payroll and staff scheduling services for 450 staff in a high energy 24/7 operating environment.
Candidates should have a related Bachelor’s Degree, a CHRP designation would be an asset, and should have significant experience in human resources leadership in a unionized environment.
