Tickets are now available for Care to Chat’s first event of its tenth season. Join us in-person on October 20th for our session titled Should I Stay or Should I Go? Tips for Employers to Retain Values Team Members.
As we face a global healthcare workforce shortage, this event will focus on employee retention through improving work environments for healthcare workers. It will also focus on addressing healthcare system drivers of worker burnout, prioritizing and supporting these workers as they care for our older adults.
Featuring John Bethel, EY National Health Care Leader, our panel of healthcare professionals will answer questions such as:
- What are some of the practical organization and sector-wide strategies for retaining the current staff we have?
- What are some of the sector-wide strategies to recruit new staff?
Tickets are $85 for members and $135 for non-members and include a three-course lunch. Registration closes October 17th.
