Route65.ca — Leading You Home
Developed by BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA), Route65.ca is a free, online resource designed to help the public navigate B.C.’s seniors living, wellness, and care continuum. The platform features a provincial directory of independent living, assisted living, long-term care, and home health options, along with wayfinding tools and educational resources to support system navigation and accessing services.
Route65.ca was created in response to a clear gap in accessible, high-quality information about seniors living, wellness, and care options in the province.
On the platform, visitors can browse a wide range of community provider listings and access helpful tools and resources including a Glossary, Frequently Asked Questions, and Community Resources.
Our Vision
Navigating seniors living and care options in B.C. can be overwhelming. Route65.ca simplifies the process by offering a jargon-free, easy-to-use platform that helps individuals and families understand their options and access services with confidence.
The public can be confident in using Route65.ca as a go-to resource for finding reputable options. Listed operators must be active BCCPA members or be operated by a B.C. health authority to be eligible for a listing on the platform. This ensures that every provider featured on Route65.ca is a credible, legitimate service operator. All BCCPA members must adhere to the Association’s Code of Ethics.
What Are the Benefits?
Available free of charge to BCCPA members, a listing on Route65.ca helps your organization promote your residence or services through various features including photos, videos, virtual tours, amenities/service lists, testimonials and more.
