Q: What qualities are you looking for in a Programs Coordinator?

A: We’re looking for someone with a passion to help others, and give care seekers, as well as care providers, an outstanding experience with all our programs. You also need to be entrepreneurial in nature in order to participate in starting a program from the ground up, and continuously look for improvements on procedural and workflow updates.

Q: What is exciting about this role?

A: There won’t be a dull moment. While assisting care seekers, members or industry partners with queries, you will also be gathering and analyzing information, and preparing or updating manuals, guides and reports. You will also dabble a little in workflow and procedural updates to keep all the programs running smoothly.

Q: What background or experience would be nice to have it the role?

A: It would be great to have someone with a clinical background, or experience in the continuing care sector such as long-term care, assisted living or home health.
