The next Care to Chat co-hosted by the BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) and the BC Lower Mainland Chapter of the Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL) on April 7th at the Terminal City Club will discuss HHR issues and how we can better deal with issues around the recruitment and retention of health care providers.
This event will feature panelists that will not only discuss the labour shortage in HHR but also shed light on high workplace injury rates including worker stress and burnout, the use of multidisciplinary care teams, new care models and the unique challenges faced in rural and remote communities.
