Nahin, a family physician in her home country, moved to Canada to build a better future for herself and her son. As an HCA and Care Manager, she consistently demonstrates exceptional reliability, compassion, and skill in her caregiving. Recently promoted to Care Manager, Nahin proactively identifies safety risks and health changes, ensuring timely adjustments to care. She remains deeply committed to her clients, assuring them that she will continue to provide personal care alongside her management duties.
During times of grief and vulnerability, Nahin brings comfort to her clients as she constantly prioritizes the emotional and psychological well-being of her clients.
“One of her clients has been grieving the passing of her beloved husband and Nahin holds her hand, kisses her forehead and cries with her while comforting her,” says her manager. “For clients who experience grief, loneliness or anxiety, this emotional support can be incredibly valuable and improve their mental health, and we have seen this as a result of her care.”
Nahin is always looking to expand her knowledge by completing specialized training, including dementia care, and even pursuing a Masters in Global Health – a true testament to her dedication to providing the best quality of care for her clients. Nahin truly exemplifies the highest standards of caregiving, going above and beyond in every aspect of her work.
