Get a glimpse of yet another successful year for the Association as the leading voice of B.C.’s seniors living, wellness and care! BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) is excited to present our 2024 Annual Report, published today to coincide with the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Terminal City Club in Vancouver.
The report provides an overview of the Association’s expansion throughout the year, including the growth of our membership and the expansion of crucial funding like EquipCare BC. We’ve also broadened our offerings to meet the evolving needs of the sector, from our inaugural Home Health Symposium to our introduction of the Practical Nurse (PN) Access Training Program.
The Annual Report highlights the Association’s continued advocacy work, addressing areas like emergency preparedness and issues surrounding the Residential Tenancy Act. It also includes our advocacy work on developing a pre-election “All Hands-on Deck” campaign to bring the sector’s issues to the forefront of B.C.’s major political parties. With a prominent presence in major media outlets, we also highlight our top stories of 2024 in this report.
