Last Friday, BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) celebrated a virtual graduation ceremony for its second graduating class of Therapeutic Recreation Assistants (TRAs) and 21st graduating class of Health Care Assistants (HCAs). Our program gradates are based in communities across the province, including Kamloops, Barriere, Vernon, Armstrong, Blind Bay, Osoyoos, Penticton, Summerland, Nanaimo, Qualicum Beach, Courtenay, Victoria and Nelson.
The opportunity for this program would not be possible without our training partner, Stenberg College, and support from the Community Workforce Response Grant (CWRG).
BCCPA is proud to celebrate the 24 dedicated graduates who are set to embark on their new careers as TRAs and HCAs serving B.C. seniors communities. On behalf of BCCPA, we wish them all the best in their exciting careers!
