January is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month

January is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, a time for organizations and communities across the country to understand, learn more about and share information on dementia.

This Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, the Alzheimer’s Society of BC is highlighting how British Columbians affected by dementia can continue to live full and meaningful lives, helping those around them find job, peace, and happiness today. Focusing on appreciation for the present, the Alzheimer’s Society of BC is sharing a wealth of information on their resources and programs to help people living with the disease and their caregivers to lead fulfilling lives with the support of their community.
