As part of the provincial Health Human Resources Strategy, the government is committed to expanding the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to private and affiliated long-term care and assisted living site employees. To ensure the expansion is effective, the BC Care Providers Association requires insight into the specific coverage of current health benefits plans and the availability of EFAP across the continuum of care in B.C.
BCCPA is encouraging seniors living, wellness, and care providers to take 5 minutes to complete a survey aimed at gathering information about organization’s respective health benefits plans and the availability of EFAP for employees.
The survey will close Friday, September 1st, at 5:00 pm.
