Care to Chat: Angela Brooks, SE Health & Aging2.0, announced as panelist

BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) and EngAge BC are pleased to announce Angela Brooks, Senior Lead, Future of Aging at SE Health, as a panelist for Care to Chat: Tech Talk – How can the care sector incorporate new and emerging technologies?, happening this April 20th at the Terminal City Club.

In her 20 years working within the Aging space, Angela’s passion for serving older adults continues to grow. As a member of the Future of Aging team for SE Health, Angela works on a number of projects that connect older adults and the broader community through innovation and collaboration. She welcomes dialogue to challenge thinking and develop better solutions through supporting the use of technology and innovation to better serve our Aging population.

Prior to her current role, Angela’s experience spans running her own consulting company; working for a large multi-national; as well as grassroots not-for-profit charity and Seniors Centre. Angela is the Vancouver Chapter Ambassador for Aging2.0.

With an educational background of psychology and gerontology, her interest in aging trends, as well as the reality of raising an active family, constantly challenges her to rethink how we can enhance serving multi-generations in a cooperative and community-based manner.

Join our panel as they discuss the future of technology in seniors living, wellness and care!
