On Saturday, November 5th, join us for a session presented by Terra Munro, Care Manager at Bayshore Home Health, at the Seniors Living Expo & Job Fair at the Vancouver Convention Centre East. Titled Creative Solutions Along the Dementia Journey, this presentation will focus on how older adults can continue to do all that you love and enjoy, as well as activities to promote independence and engagement and resources to support individuals in their dementia journey.
Terra has been working in the Senior Health Care for 20 years with a passion for providing support and promoting the independence and enrichment of older adults. At present, she supports families and individuals to navigate the health care system and community services to aid in living independently and safely at home.
