Member Council participates in strategic priority setting session

On March 30th, EngAge BC’s Member Council met at the Terminal City Club to participate in a day-long strategic priority setting session. The event was facilitated by the Howegroup, a Vancouver-based boutique consulting firm, with a long history of working with the seniors living and continuing care sector.

“When you get a group together with as much knowledge and expertise as the EngAge BC Member Council it can be tremendously powerful to see that energy translate into tangible ideas and direction,” says Terry Lake, CEO, EngAge BC & BC Care Providers Association.

The session was informed by the Member Survey distributed to BCCPA and EngAge BC members earlier this year and was supplemented with a series of targeted interviews with members and non-members of EngAge BC.

“I think that EngAge BC’s membership has a lot to look forward to as our sector begins to recover from the impacts of COVID-19,” says Lake.

As always, we welcome your thoughts and suggestions on how we can best serve our members. Please feel welcome to reach out to Rebecca Frederick, Director, EngAge BC at anytime.
