BC Care Providers Association is excited to announce the promotion of Lara Croll to the position of Senior Manager, Policy, Partnerships and Workforce Development, effective November 1st, 2021.
“This progression is a reflection of Lara’s tremendous work over the last few years which has resulted in securing numerous grants for HCA and the HaIL training programs,” says BCCPA CEO Terry Lake. “We appreciate her dedication and passion in the development of the Association’s core mission to support our members, particularly around addressing our sector’s crisis around health human resources.”
Lara joined the BCCPA as an intern in 2014 and developed a career in Health Human Resources (HHR) and Public Policy as Senior HHR Analyst. She will continue to contribute in PPC and HHRC committees and will proceed in the development of partnerships with government grant agencies, HEABC, and peer organizations. She will also take on new responsibilities identified by the PPC and Board that are related to policy work. Lara will report to Mike Klassen, VP of Public Affairs.
