Assurity certification new pricing to start September 1st

Operators are reminded to apply for Founders’ Club discount before September 1st

Since the launch of Assurity, EngAge BC has received a strong response from members looking to make their independent living or home health organization Assurity approved.

Assurity – which has been endorsed by the sector and was built from the ground-up in consultation with operators and service users from across B.C. – lets the consumer know that an organization has met or exceeds industry standards for quality. In doing so, the ground-breaking program supports the public to make informed and confident choices when choosing seniors’ living or care services and to navigate an otherwise challenging landscape.

The launch of the program was supported by a two-part radio and social media advertising campaign on Corus Entertainment station CKNW and other channels targeting population centers across B.C.

As was announced earlier, the time-limited Founders’ Club rates will end on August 31st, and new pricing will commence on September 1st. The Association is reminding all interested members to participate in this introductory pricing by submitting their application before September 1st, ensuring that your organization will only pay the lower fee taking effect next month.

The confirmed rates for Assurity are as follows:

Independent Living: $795 + tax ($397.50 per year)

Home Health: $475 + tax ($237.50 per year)
