Rebecca Frederick was seconded to the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Engagement at EngAge BC in 2019 to oversee the launch of BC Care Providers Association’s new operating arm. Throughout her tenure and as the association grows, Snezana has kept HR organizational development aspects in mind and is looking forward to further cultivate programs delivered outside of the organization and internally for employees as well. One of her favourite quotes with a spin is, “you don’t build an organization – you build the people – and then the people build the organization”.

In 2019, Marjahn O’Connor joined EngAge BC & BCCPA as a Programs Advisor. She came aboard to assist with the expansion of the Programs portfolio, particularly the launch of Route 65. Since joining the association, the EngAge BC & BCCPA Programs portfolios have grown and expanded to a suite of diverse programs that benefit our membership and broader sector. The current programs portfolio has now grown to include EquipCare BC, Route 65, the HCA Training Program, Assurity, as well as additional programs underway.

Marjahn looks forward to supporting the continued growth, development and successful delivery of these programs.

Terry Lake, CEO of BCCPA and EngAge BC, would like to congratulate Rebecca, Snezana and Marjahn on their new positions, “Congratulations on your new positions, we truly appreciate your dedication and efforts contributed to the development of the association, we hope for continued growth together as a team to provide the best support to our seniors’ community.”
