Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada’s long-term care sector endured unprecedented challenges and has been in the media spotlight as COVID-19 remains a risk to the operation of long-term care homes. How our country can build a better system of long-term care sector has been a central focus of Canada’s foremost health columnist — the Globe and Mail’s André Picard. BCCPA and EngAge BC are pleased to announce that Mr. Picard will be a featured #BCCPA2021 conference keynote speaker, and will take part in a discussion with the association’s CEO Terry Lake.
