Park Place is currently recruiting three positions for Site Leader/Director of Care in B.C. in the communities of Fort Langley, Agassiz and Campbell River. This position requires a distinguished mix of compassion, ingenuity, ethics and business sense, with a passion for service and delivering outstanding care.
Core Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the residents, their families and the interdisciplinary team the Site Leader/Director of Care will provide leadership by acting as a professional role model. Central responsibilities include mentoring staff to ensure the delivery of care and the planning and implementation of programs meet resident needs. The Site Leader/Director of Care will provide support through the ongoing monitoring of service quality and generating innovative and creative solutions.
Current registration or eligible to be registered with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals, progressive nursing experience and education, in which leadership and https://bccare.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/medcare-img22.jpgistrative skills have been demonstrated.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in management and or leadership positions.
- Minimum of three years’ work experience in geriatrics OR a suitable combination of education and experience.
