As part of a practice-based research project, an intern with the Aramark Canada Dietetic Internship Program is gathering information about the cost of raw food and nutritional supplements in long-term care homes across Canada.
Your care home is invited to participate in the survey. Currently, there is limited information on the topic, and the survey may assist in delivering improved nutritional support to seniors.
The survey is designed to be completed by a food manager/supervisor and/or clinical dietitian. It will take 6 to 8 minutes to complete, and is completely anonymous. Please ensure that only one survey is completed per home. Please forward this message to the appropriate staff member at your care home.
