BCCPA Conference Key Panel: The Quest for Quality

In conjunction with the opening of delegate registration for the 2019 Annual Conference on Feb 1st, BC Care Providers Association is pleased to announce its key plenary panel which will be held the morning of Monday, May 27th. The panel, which will relates closely to the overall theme of the conference (The Q Factor) is entitled “The Quest for Quality.” This engaging panel moderated by Debra Hauptman, CEO of Langley Care Society, will highlight management, leaders and staff who are making an everyday difference in improving quality of life for seniors.

Along with highlighting best or promising practices in the provision of seniors care it will focus on individuals who are making a difference for seniors. The panel will also focus on best or promising practices from Canada and internationally to improve care and quality of life for seniors. Likewise, it could highlight what governments, organizations and stakeholders have or could do to make a difference in the lives of seniors.

Along with moderator Debra Hauptman, who is also a BCCPA Board member and Chair of the BCCPA Quality Committee that is currently developing a Quality of Life Framework, the panel will include leading expert representatives involved in the delivery of seniors care.
