Zurha Balani – Bayshore Home Care Solutions
Zurha Balani is deserving of this award as she has demonstrated a great deal of integrity in her job; it is a pleasure to work with her; she shows compassion, respect and dedication to her clients every day; and goes above and beyond for her clients and family members—in fact, they often ask for her by name.
She is always looking out for the clients, her co-workers, and has not a bad word to say about anyone. She is very understanding, a good listener, is able to get along well with all, and is very much a team player.
She is genuine and has a great deal of experience in the health care field—over 30 years and this shows in the work that she does.
Agnes Trylinski – Care at Home Services
Agnes has demonstrated above-and-beyond care for the safety of our clients and the care staff who are part of the team. She inspires the team to look at innovative ways to improve the quality of care while maintaining the highest level of safety. She looks at new challenges with a solutions-focused approach, and is well respected by her team.
For Agnes – providing care is not just about meeting the client’s medical needs. It’s about recognizing the things that matter socially and emotionally for the clients. Listening to their concerns, knowing their preferences and understanding the little things that make them enjoy their life again.
