Members strongly encouraged to post their seniors care job openings
Through its robust recruitment campaigns, BC Care Providers Association aims to connect job seekers with employers in the continuing care sector. BCCPA’s latest radio campaign, which focuses on job growth and job diversity in seniors’ care, launches on September 3rd.
The Association’s last recruitment campaign in January received a strong response from the community, triggering record web traffic on BCCPA’s website with over 19,000 page views in a month. The most popular page on the site? BCCPA’s Jobs Board.
“We encourage our members to take advantage of our free Jobs Board,” says BCCPA CEO Daniel Fontaine. “Web traffic following our recruitment campaign confirms the strong interest for careers in seniors care—your posting will be seen by thousands of visitors seeking out job opportunities in the sector.”
BCCPA members can post an unlimited number of basic classified ads on our self-service jobs bank through Member365.
In addition to the Jobs Board, visitors can access resources such as information on province-wide training programs, testimonials from experienced staff, latest news, and more.
To further promote a posting, inquire about our 30-day enhanced job promotion which includes a banner ad displayed on our website, social media posts, and an e-blast that reaches over 2,000 subscribers.
In addition to job promotions, BCCPA offers many online advertising opportunities for both members and non-members.
