Looking for a talented professional to hire in https://bccare.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/medcare-img22.jpgistration, finance or general business? MOSAIC is offering BCCPA members the opportunity to hire skilled immigrants for a 6-month internship at a 50 per cent wage subsidy.
The Immigrant Women’s Employment Readiness Connections Program (IWERC) matches employers with internationally-trained, professional women for a mentored internship. The program current has 15 participants (permanent residents or citizens, CLB level 7 and up) who have graduated from programs such as https://bccare.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/medcare-img22.jpgistration, human resources, marketing, business and finance.
Participants will be paid $20 per hour by the employer for a full-time position such as office coordinator, HR assistant, marketing assistant, accounting clerk, executive assistant, etc. The employer will receive $10 per hour as reimbursement from MOSAIC IWERC. The program is available in Metro Vancouver only.
