Rexall returns as title sponsor for Care to Chat season 6

BC Care Providers Association is pleased to announce the return of Rexall Health Solutions as the title sponsor for Care to Chat.

In March 2018, BCCPA issued a special request for sponsorship proposal for commercial organizations to submit a bid, and after thoroughly reviewing all submissions, Rexall was selected as the title sponsor for season 6 of the speaker series.

“Care to Chat brings light to pressing issues in seniors’ care and gets thought leaders and experts together to engage in dialogue. This would not be possible without the support of our sponsors,” says BCCPA CEO Daniel Fontaine.

“We’re glad to have Rexall back as the title sponsor for Care to Chat and thank them for their partnership and continued support of BCCPA’s events,” he says.

Last season’s Care to Chat covered several important topics such as culturally appropriate care, solving seniors isolation, and a workshop on the Butterfly Model of Dementia Care by David Sheard. The 2018-19 sessions will include three forums tentatively scheduled to take place in September and November 2018, and February 2019.

“Rexall Health Solutions has been a proud partner of the BC Care Providers Association since 2006 and has partnered with the BCCPA in the Care to Chat series since its inception,” says Norman Hertzman, Director of Business Development at Rexall.

“Like the BCCPA, we strongly support opportunities to enhance resident safety, care and overall experience through continuing education and open dialogue forums. Rexall Health Solutions is proud to support organizations that advocate for and support these same seniors that we provide pharmaceutical care for,” he says.

“We are extremely pleased to continue our participation and support for the Care to Chat series,” he adds.

BCCPA will announce the Care to Chat gold and silver sponsors in the coming months.
