Get the most out of your conference experience by downloading the newly-released Shift Happens! mobile app.
This easy-to-navigate app let’s you plan out your event experience, network with other attendees, and learn more about sponsors, speakers, sessions and trade show exhibitors. Use the app to access the event schedule, your personal schedule, view presentations, and get important updates. The popular ‘Click’ game with this year’s ‘Survivor Care-ibbean’ challenge will be added to the app on Saturday May 27th. More information on how to win the $5000 grand prize will be coming soon!
The app is free of charge and available for iPhone, iPad and Android users. Blackberry users will use the web version of the app.
Get the Shift Happens! app on your phone in three easy steps.
1. Conference attendees will receive an email invite through Crowd Compass with a link to download the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub app
2. Once downloaded, look for “Shift Happens!” under the “Find your event” tab
3. Enter the password emailed to all registered conference attendees. Be sure to check your junk/clutter/other email boxes if this is not in your inbox.
4. Verify your account to unlock all of the app’s advanced features.

Our 2017 conference had a record attendance of service providers, commercial members, exhibitors and community service groups from across Canada and beyond. The 2018 Annual Conference, which takes place from May 27th-29th, is expected to be sold-out with 500 attendees gathering at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

Preferred pricing has been secured at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. Individual guests must contact the Reservations Department directly in order to secure room reservations. Please dial 800-268-6282 and ask for the “BC Care Providers Conference” special group rates. When making reservations, each guest will need to provide a valid credit card in order to guarantee the reservation. Full room and tax will be charged upon reservation as a “deposit” and is non-refundable.
