BC Care Providers Association welcomes 14 new members

As the leading industry association for B.C.’s continuing care sector, BC Care Providers Association is proud to serve its members—by providing representation in matters of policy development and advocacy, offering networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities through exclusive workshops and dynamic events, and more.

BCCPA’s growing membership includes over 320 service providers and commercial members from across the province. Over the last few months, several new companies have joined the BCCPA.

“The BCCPA works hard to represent its members, providing them with a wide range of support, services, and research,” says Mike Klassen, VP, Communications & Stakeholder Relations. “We’re pleased to welcome our new members, and thank them for supporting our advocacy for British Columbia seniors.”

From helping to secure the largest new funding investment in seniors’ care in over a decade, to managing a $10 million grant to establish a Seniors Safety and Quality Improvement Fund, 2017 was a big year for the BCCPA. The organization also celebrated its 40^th anniversary last year.

2018 is off to an even stronger start, with a new $548 million investment from the B.C. government.
