“Many of the events we hold could not be possible without our sponsors such as Jeff Nider and Medical Pharmacies,” says Daniel Fontaine, CEO. “We are firm believers that it is the individual people that make up the BC Care Providers Association, and when we heard this incredible story, it struck a chord.”
At only six years old, Yosef Nider, Jeff’s son, has raised over $10,000 for is ailing grandfather who suffers from pancreatic cancer. As a terrific violinist, Yosef decided to hold a fundraising concert at Vancouver Hebrew Shool to raise donations, all in addition to printing out posters and going out onto the streets to ask for help. In an industry based on providing care for our elders, it seems Jeff’s family truly embody’s this message.
When asked about his son’s actions, Jeff had this to say, “It’s humbling to see someone so small, who can do something so big.”
