SSQIP Application Available! Request a Walk-through

Earlier this month, BC Care Providers Association announced that the first application period for the Seniors Safety and Quality Improvement Program (SSQIP) is open from January 15th to February 28th, 2018.

The application is available on BCCPA’s SSQIP page. Additional opportunities to apply for funding in 2018 will be available and announced in the coming months.

All eligible residential care providers can apply for up to $500 per publicly-funded senior in their residence. This funding is secured until September 30th, 2019. There will be several opportunities to apply for funding over this period.

“We’re encouraging applicants not to rush through this process as we have designed the program to ensure funding is available between now and fall of 2019,” says BCCPA Director of Programs, Snezana Ristovski.

“We would like to provide applicants with the opportunity to request a 30 minute walk-through of the process and application,” Ristovski adds.
