June 2-8, 2024 is B.C. Seniors’ Week, a time to celebrate seniors across the province. BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) and EngAge BC would like to express immense gratitude towards older adults for the continuous contributions they make within our communities, and the difference they have made throughout the years.
While the Association continuously advocates for the preparation of the growing aging demographic, Seniors’ Week provides an opportunity to pay homage to the many achievements and contributions of older adults across B.C.
Not only do seniors play a crucial role in our communities as mentors, volunteers, caregivers, and employees, but they also have shaped the very province that we call home.
This week, BCCPA and EngAge BC encourage everyone to join us celebrating the older adults in our communities this week, and every week.
