National Volunteer Week will take place from April 24th to 30th this year, it’s an opportunity to celebrate and thank Canada’s 24 million volunteers. This year’s theme is “Volunteering Is Empathy in Action.”
Please connect with Rebecca Frederick, Director of EngAge BC, to share stories of your volunteers or why the work they do is valued. Submissions can be made in writing, in video format, or using any other avenue you feel best speaks to your valued volunteers. BC Care Providers Association and EngAge BC will choose several volunteers to profile during next month’s National Volunteer Week.
