As the care home’s first Prevail Champion, Natasha strongly advocates for resident’s comfort and dignity. Natasha’s care is a combination of compassion, warmth, and gentle curiosity. She is a grounding presence to residents in distress and creates an environment that welcomes vulnerability and joy. She is someone who will not only step in but step up when staff needs extra support. Unhurried, dignified support for residents is Natasha’s main priority, and she goes above and beyond to do so.
