BCCPA and EngAge BC welcomes two new team members

Today, BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) and EngAge BC welcomes two new team members, Tiffany Trownson and Ankit Patel. Tiffany joins the organization as the new Director of Public Affairs | EngAge BC and Ankit joins as Energy Manager.

Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization with her dynamic background in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Fanshaw College, as well as her Honours Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Wilfred Laurier University. Her career has been marked by leadership roles in various healthcare settings. She has contributed to urgent primary care initiatives at Fraser Health Authority and most recently, operations leadership in private home health. Outside of the professional realm, Tiffany is committed to community service and finds a joy in volunteering with various boards and committees. Her passions include outdoor activities, supporting her local North Shore community, reading, and walking her golden retriever, Dashell, along the Spirit Trail.

Ankit brings 14 years of experience working as an Analyst, Energy Consultant, and Energy Manager with some sales experience. He graduated from the University of Calgary with a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development, holds a Bachelor of Engineering from India, and is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). In his personal time, Ankit enjoys playing table tennis and board games with his family. He looks forward to assisting our members with energy saving audits, rebates, educational webinars, and working towards the strategic objective of reducing carbon footprints to help address climate change and lower operating costs.
