Last week SafeCare BC hosted a Violence Prevention workshop at Creekside Landing in Vernon. The sold-out workshop, which was facilitated by Steve Rookyard from the Vancouver Island Health Authority, drew about 20 participants as well as the attention of the local newspaper.
