Baptist Housing’s Director of Operations, Melanie Reinhardt, joins Kelowna Care to Chat

BC Care Providers Association (BCCPA) invites operators from the Interior to join us for the very first Care to Chat session in Kelowna, B.C.! This session will feature experts and local operators like Melanie Reinhardt, Director of Operations at Baptist Housing.

Since 2004, Melanie has been a dedicated leader in the senior housing and care sector. Between 2018 and 2021, Melanie served on the BCCPA Board, where she contributed to shaping policies and practices that enhance the quality of care for seniors in B.C. Continuing her passion for advocacy, she also serves as the Chair of the Interior Administrators Network, where she leads discussions and initiatives that directly impact the lives of residents and their families.

Melanie has worked in the senior care sector in various capacities, including working with the government, the private sector and now the non-profit sector. She has extensive experience devising strategic solutions for the senior care and living sector, including the development of complex procurement processes, negotiating new deals, building teams, opening new care homes, and especially managing emergencies.
