We are looking forward to connecting with everyone at the 49th Annual Conference. This year, we are putting a spotlight on Freeing Nurses from the Med Cart: Practical Strategies to Reduce Medication Administration Time in Long-Term Care, presented by Denis O’Donnell, our Director of Clinical Excellence.
CareRx works with home partners to regularly review medication schedules to consolidate administration times into standard windows. By reducing the number of daily passes, homes can create more time for meaningful resident care.
Importantly, medication compression doesn’t change what residents take—it focuses on when medications are given to improve safety, efficiency and use of staff resources. Join us for our session on May 26 from 10:05am to 11:05am to learn more.
