The Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) recently concluded their Momentum Conference in Victoria, BC, where BC Care Providers Association’s (BCCPA) Sr. Director of Programs and Organizational Development, Snezana Ristovski, led an engaging session on October 23, 2025, titled “Succession Strategies for Success.” The session featured an interactive breakout discussion focused on enhancing board effectiveness and leading people through succession planning. The session aligned with CSAE’s core competencies for association executives, equipping leaders with practical tools to strengthen governance, enhance leadership continuity, and elevate operational excellence.

Earlier this year, the Spring 2025 edition of CSAE’s magazine featured an article by Snezana Ristovski titled “Enhancing Member Value: Successful Program Results.” The article highlighted the BC Care Providers Association’s 2024 Association Centre of Excellence Award in the Innovation category, recognizing outstanding achievement in program delivery.
