An example of Kaley’s attentiveness would be when she helped a resident who felt self-conscious about her appearance with make-up and accessorizing, this remarkable kind gesture has encouraged the resident to engage in activities and have fulfilling days.
Kaley is also very passionate about palliative care and understands the significance to maintain and honour all residents’ dignity. She also leads the Continence Care Program and is a reliable mentor on sizing residents for incontinence products. He helps the resident by returning books and picking out new reads.
Jim is one of the pioneering members of Sidney All Care Residence’s Med HCA and Advanced Scope Med HCA programs.
