The National Institute on Aging (NIA) and Egale Canada would like to speak to unpaid, primary carers of people who are LGBTQI2S and living with dementia.
Participation in this study involves a three-hour time commitment, including attending an introductory meeting and a two-hour focus group (to take place virtually).
In appreciation of participation, focus group participants will receive a $50 Amazon e-gift card.
The researchers hope that the insights provided by this study will positively influence LGBTQI2S people living with dementia and their unpaid primary carers’ experiences of care and support within communities across Canada.
