Register today for our “Cracking the Dementia Code” workshop

BCCPA workshops have another great learning opportunity exclusive to BCCPA/EngAge BC members only. Whether you are new to the sector or have been working in seniors’ care for decades, supporting residents or clients who are living with dementia can be challenging. Join Karen Tyrell, CEO of Personalized Dementia Solutions Inc., for a two-hour webinar that will offer you new, practical tools to help improve how you provide support to people living with dementia.

Attendees can expect to receive an overview of dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), and a reminder about delirium, before learning a creative system for managing dementia-related behaviours. Other practical tips will be provided to assist health care providers to provide the best person-centred care for their clients and residents, enhance their relationships, reduce incidents of responsive behaviours and ensure harmony.

All members are welcome but must register as spaces are limited.

The first six participants to register will be offered FREE access to the online self-paced course Cracking the DementiaCode™ Fundamentals.
