This session will provide an overview of the responsibilities of the Public Guardian & Trustee of BC (PG&T), with a focus on their role in providing consent to care homes under the Health Care Consent and Care Facility Admission Act. Attendees will leave this session with a clear understanding of how to access PG&T assistance when individuals in care face consent challenges, including how to navigate PG&T’s new online referral process.
