EngAge in Conversation series announces “Reading the Tea Leaves” webinar

EngAge in Conversation is pleased to announce its latest webinar, titled Reading the Tea Leaves: The Future of Independent Living. The series features insightful presentations and speakers on relevant topics in seniors independent living, uniquely curated for independent living operators. These events are free for EngAge BC and BCCPA members and will lead up to the Seniors Living Expo and Job Fair, which takes place this November at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

About Reading the Tea Leaves: The Future of Independent Living

Moderated by Ron Pike, CEO Elim Village and EngAge BC Member Council Chair, participants will hear from leading experts about where the sector is headed. From regulation, to rising operating and building costs, and generating awareness about the value of the independent living, this panel will take a deep dive into the issues affecting operators most.

Reading the Tea Leaves will be informed by EngAge BC’s forthcoming white paper, The Independent Living Advantage. An embargoed copy will be distributed to registrants in advance. This foundational document is intended to guide EngAge BC’s direction and advocacy over the coming years, and provides a comprehensive overview of the independent living landscape in B.C., along with outlining actions which can be taken to support the independent living sector.
